The Vine at Little Blackberry
A Downtown Oakland Gallery, Event & Creative Space
Tucked into the heart of Downtown Oakland, The Vine at Little Blackberry is a 1,500-square-foot gallery-style event space designed for gatherings with a point of view.
The room is anchored by an entire wall of original steel-framed windows, with the building's vintage storefront lettering still running across the upper glass. From inside, the lettering reads backward creating an unexpected architectural detail and a distinctive backdrop for photographs, celebrations, brand activations, and creative projects.
Double-height black ceilings, crisp white walls, and sealed concrete floors create a clean, flexible canvas. The space is intentionally understated so that your event, your design, or Little Blackberry's collection of curated pieces can take center stage.
Designed to Be Made Your Own
The Vine accommodates up to 75 guests, with tables and chairs available for your event.
A mobile bar can be positioned throughout the space, while the adjoining prep and warming kitchen gives caterers and event teams the infrastructure they need to work comfortably.
The kitchen includes:
-
Commercial refrigerator and freezer
-
Stainless-steel prep tables
-
Utility sink
-
Caterer prep and staging area
-
Cold storage for cakes, desserts, beverages, and event items
Full-length blackout drapes along the window wall allow you to transform the atmosphere from bright and airy to intimate and dramatic.
The space also includes WiFi, on-site restrooms, and a street-level, step-free entrance for easy guest access and vendor load-in.
Located a short walk from 12th Street BART, The Vine offers convenient access from throughout the Bay Area. Free and metered street parking is available nearby, with paid parking at City Center.
The Vine gives you the room. Little Blackberry can help you make it yours.
